We do carry a line of in-stock jewellery that is ready to be shipped. However, most of our jewellery is made-to-order and requires about 1-2 weeks to manufacture. If you need the jewellery by a certain date, please inform us about it in the note section at the end of your order and we will do our very best to accommodate it.
We ship to most locations worldwide. For shipping to the EU, please visit Klenota.sk, Klenota.de, Klenota.fr, Klenota.pl or Klenota.uk. In most cases, we use a state carrier; we will also accommodate the customer's preference (usually DHL, FedEx or UPS).
Standard shipping is free of charge, uses local postal services and requires about a week for delivery. It is not fully trackable; however, you will be able to see the status of the parcel.
Express shipping has a flat rate of 25 EUR and is fully trackable. We help with all related shipping issues and we care for the parcel from the beginning to the end.
Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price and will vary from country to country.
We usually dispatch jewellery that's in stock within 2 working days from the order placement. Jewellery that is not in stock is usually delivered within two weeks.
In the case of special orders (custom made jewellery, size adjustments, etc.) the delivery time may be longer. If you need your order ready by a specific date, please state so in the order notes.
You can pay for your purchase through our secure online payment gateway or PayPal. When applicable, bank transfer is also available upon request.
Bank transfer - You will receive the invoice with payment info after placing an order. The payment should be sent within 5 days from placing the order. Please state your order number as the variable symbol.
Online Via Card - You can easily pay by a credit card through our secure online gateway when placing the order. Card payment is free of charge.
We always package the jewellery securely. Your order will come gift-ready in a jewellery box. The packaging also includes a certificate stating the precise information about the jewellery.
